Well its not like its really only 2 GB.... my RAM is at 81% (I have 16GB RAM, I also wrote that in the main post) with the same programs running as 6 hours earlier

I see a problem here. Looking at your screen shots PoE is taking up 1,300Mb and the the pc is using 56% at that time. Then in the second shot PoE is using 2,300Mb and the pc is at 81%. That's about 1,000Mb for a 25% increase. If everything else was exactly the same then that would mean you only have 4Gb or RAM. Now you've stated otherwise so my question is this: What else do you have running that is taking up so much ram?

There is nothing running.... as I already said ITS POE, if I dont play poe nothing like that happens.
I dont know why its showing those weird numbers but I have 16GB.... and its definitely POE causing this problem.

RAM right after pc restart - poe started

Also please look at my task bar, its exactly the same programs running as on the 81% screenshot one, poe takes the same 2,4gb but its only at 39% RAM...

[Edit 2:]
I see you posted new screenshots indicating that your OS is 64 bit and sees 16GB RAM. That makes me suspect that there's a memory leak situation somewhere. The gradual increase in memory usage over time makes sense in that scenario too.

[Edit 1:]
It appears that you may be running a 32 bit version of Windows, because something very strange is happening in your screenshots. You claim to have 16GB RAM, but your screenshots say you have 4GB. Here's my reasoning:

In screenshot 1, system memory usage is 56%.
In screenshot 2, system memory usage is 81%, and PoE is using ~1GB more memory.

81% - 56% = 25%
1GB / 4GB = 25%

In other words, according to your task manager, 1GB memory equates to 25% system memory. If you're running a 64 bit operating system, then start investigating possible RAM issues. 32 bit operating systems can only handle 32 bit instructions, which limits the range of memory addresses an instruction can point to. The bottom line is there's a 4GB maximum addressable memory limit for 32 bit operating systems.

[Original post:]
I was surprised to see the minimum required RAM was 2GB according to the Steam page. I think that's at least misleading if not incorrect. I have 8GB RAM and have had the client crash due to out of memory exceptions (beginning with 2.2.0). Loading times are very long and the client freezes for seconds at a time during normal use. So I can't imagine playing with less than 4GB RAM.

Thankfully RAM is one of the least expensive and most effective upgrades you can make to your PC. It's also easy to uninstall the old and install the new RAM. The hardest part is determining which RAM will be compatible with your motherboard. To figure that out, first find your motherboard's name, then search online for the motherboard manufacturer's list of compatible RAM. If you have a laptop, I can't help.
The Analytical Engine has no pretensions whatever to originate anything. It can do whatever we know how to order it to perform.

Thanks a lot for the info guys! +)

Yesterday, I was playin' using DirectX9 and my 8GB RAM was been all used. I questioned my PC teacher and he told me that is not normal at all - hence, came here to see some direction.

Thanks again and good game for u guys! Greetings from Brazil! XD
