Well technically what you say is already possible with Chain reaction from the saboteur. Just throw down traps and let them all explode. The restriction in this case isn't the instant explosion of traps, but the trap recovery.
I also don't see why that should not be possible by just manually casting it. Trap Damage does not effect the damage dealt by the clones, so the trap support would basically just be a wasted CD, while the Less Damage on Multiple Traps would affect the Copies. There aren't really balance concerns for the change it is mostly clarity since if it changes traps would behave inconsistent with Totems and Mines even though they are very similar in basically anything else. And for totems exspecially this change would hurt. It is a better solution to just make that grenade behavior entirely a part of sunblast. This way it would be entirely seperated from any duration. |

There was little reason to respond to Soepkieken's post, since like you already pointed out
1) this is already possible 2) it's not meta-shifting in therms of power while being possible Like i said previously, there are no downsides to implementing this, other then allowing more grenade type of play-styles. More importantly "non-crit", which is not going to suddenly tip the power-scale any time soon. I appreciate you trying to poke holes in it though Soepkieken :), it's a fine effort that might uncover some flaws in my thoughts, in this case however, it did not. All in all, i thought it was feedback worthy, which was why i made this thread. I still think it would be a positive change however it no longer concerns me.
