[3.2+] Explosive Cleave / Lacerate Gladiator. Insane Clear Speed, Solid Defenses and Budget

I have done your build. And i realy cant farm atziri, uberlab, shaper, >T10 maps. All oneshot me. My dps with full charges and atziri flask 125k, hp 5200, res all 75%. I dont know what problem my gear cost me like 6ex, well now i cant farm content(only maps <T11) and i dont have any money for another build, thx alot. Well thx, in my stash now 1 chaos, its very nice.

This build not have any problems with at least t11-t12 corrupted yellow maps.
t13-t14 corrupted needs some specific rolls but also viable.

Only corrupted yellow Palace or Core with bad mods like vulnerability+elemental weakness/temp chains + Boss 40% increased Life/attack speed/dmg may cause a problems.
If you can't farm white/blue/yellow t11-t15,the problem in your hands it seems,not in build.
Also normal Atziri not a problem.
This build not a facetanking one.
You should play it safe + use specific flasks on specific maps depend on their mods.

PS.125k dps is nothing for bosses.
Im using concentrated effect + Ancestral protector(20% AS + 35k dps itself with only melee phys dmg supporting him) + Lightning golem(9% AS) + Punishment(read below) so my dps is about 190k Cleave +40k totem on bosses without frenzy stacks and they are melting pretty fast.Also im using Punishment/Enfeeble as a curse aura with blasphemy support except Hatred because they are much better(they only reserved 35% mana except 50% as Hatred)(hatred gives 36% phys dmg as cold,Punishment gives 35% phys dmg + 20% AS),also im swappin Punishment with Enfeeble sometimes for some hard nuking bosses.
Enlighten gem is also on the way to lvl up,so if spent some points into Champion of the Cause maybe even i can get another 25% aura(Herald of Thunder/Herald of ice).

PSPS.Sad that the Whisper of Doom is too far away in skill tree.
With Arctic Armour+Punishment+Enfeeble at the same time on non-Hexproof maps this build could really break faces.

So bit of an update for 2.5. I've adjusted my tree a bit to compensate for the leech (Level 90-100 will be just Life Nodes and Axe Speed Nodes)

I also took a bit from the Endless Retch build in terms of range, although that's only experimental atm, will see how it goes with higher tier Jewels later on.

Naturally the Soul Taker, Bringer of Rain (if you can get the 40% Cleave enchantment from Lab you're laughing all the way home, that's my next purchase)

Getting the Retch just allowed for me to combo with Atziri's Promise flask and calm down the flask spamming due to the extended time on the flasks. Experimenting a bit with that to get the speed of recovery up. Although that might be solved equally with a 40% Cleave Enchantment and nice enchantment on my boots.

(Not the best as it's only a difference of 14k Damage with the three aura's and golem. (Might be a bit more when my Gems are Level 20/21) Definitely need to focus on Life + Attack Speed + Axe/Melee Damage and if at all possible, Radius of Area Skills / Area Damage.

Attack Speed (to counter life regen)
Life (5% minimum per jewel)
Melee Damage (12% min)
Axe Damage (13% min)
Radius of Area Skills (until they come along, use weapon range)

I have some questions ?

Is it viable with "normal BOR" because the block chance is very nerf... 6% and not 16 %

Is it interresting to take the bandit reward +1 frenzy charge ? It ' seem's vs boss we begin with 0 charge and no gain frenzy charge ... just gain endurence charge with enduring cry so 1 skill point can be better ?


What about the version with violent retaliation (for 80% increased damage and +2 % block) and no Outmatch and Outlast (because no frenzy charge vs boss)

Thank for help because i don't understand the interest on lot of frenzy charge vs boss ...
it's to get the attack speed down to below 0.10 so you kill any regen.

Also allows for faster leap slams.

Love the build. Will be making it a league starter in 2.6. Last night I managed to crack 216k Cleave DPS buffed so going over 200 was a bit of a milestone for me.

Will you completely rework the guide for 2.6 or simply just mention to try to get legacy ST/BoR? I noticed in a recent post you were using The Retch. Is that the new belt of choice?
