[2.2] Inquisitor - Delete from Above - Triple Totem Storm call



features:
-7-link storm call
-3 totems
-whirling blades
-Crits everything to death.

Mechanics:
-This build synergises well with
Shaman's Domination (100% crit chance if totem cast in the past 4 seconds)
and
Instruments of Virtue (+%Spell damage and Cast speed in the past 4 seconds)
The Spell damage part proccs when a totem is cast, the cast speed when you use whirling blades.


Pros:
- immune to reflect
- freezes whole map
- can do all map mods
- atziri viable
- scales really good with gear, but needs nothing to get started


Cons:

-needs some mana reg on gear or 2 hybrid flasks
-needs at least 2 flask of warding


Playstyle:

-Drop Totems and whirl around with Whirling Blades.
-Use Assasins Mark on bosses or ele resist Packs.
-Use Enduring Cry when facing nasty physical mobs.
After you get used to spamming your warding flasks and use them efficiently you dont have to deal with the side effects of Soul Mantle.

-Soul Mantle (for triple totems)
-Maligaro's Virtuosity (gives good dmg even after nurf)
-call of the brotherhood (to map save efficiently you need this item)

You want Dagger with
-Crit Chance
-Crit Multiplier
-Spell damage
-Adds x-x Lightning Damag to spells

Boots, Head, Belt
-max life!
-Resistences

Amulet/Ring
-I usually go for one Diamond ring(dual resi and life) and a Paua Amulet(with crit chance and multiplier), but it really depends on your gear what the best option for these slots is.

Seething Divine Flask of Staunching
Warding Hybrid Flask
Divine Flask of Heat
Warding Quicksilver Flask
Atziri Flask

Level with Firestorm until you get level 55ish, then switch to dual totem storm call.

Bandits:

1 Careful Planning(Unique Jewel)

Gem Setup:
Chest:
Storm call > Less Duration > Added Lightning Damage > Faster Casting > Increase Area of Effect / Concentrated Effect(for atziri) > Increased Critical Damage / Controlled Destruction(only use controlled destruction if you have enough crit!)

Dagger#1:
Vaal haste > Increased Duration > Faster Casting

Dagger#2:
Assasin's Mark > Faster Casting > Increased area of effect

Head:

Enduring cry > Clarity > Wrath > Enlighten

Gloves:
Whirling Blades > Faster Attacks >Fortify> Life gain on Hit

Boots:
Cast when Damage Taken > Immortal Call > Enfeeble > Summon Chaos Golem

Made a build similar to this halfway through Talisman league, had a blast and it's now much stronger with the buffs to Less Duration. I dropped Ancestral Bond and only had 2 totems with Soul Mantle and used Ice Spear - GMP - Prolif setup to keep entire packs frozen for easy zapping.
I feel like i have a some mana problem at lower lvl with tabula rasa but + 2 Elreon rings. How do you deal with high mana totem cost at higher lvl ?
Or do you get enough mana from int do deal with it, so you can cast 3 totems in a row with soul mantle ?

Wonder if i should take some max mana+ reduce skill cost nodes at the templar area, and then respec out of them later.

Use Hybdrid Flasks until you get the max mana/ max hp and mana regg/ life nodes around the witch area.(Name of Keynodes: Quick recovery, Heart and Soul)

If you still run into mana issues look for mana reg on gear and level up your clarity skill gem, until you only have the amount of mana left you need to cast 3 totems.
e.g. 1 totem = 93 Mana, 3*93 = 279, level clarity until you have 279 mana remaining or a little bit more for convenience.

How is this shield on hardcore with this build instead of 2 daggers?



Not sure why it says 0% life regen, but its actually 0.5%

There are several reasons why this shield is not good for this build:

-Life leech only applies to totem, not the player.
-defensive stats are not high enough to make a huge difference.
-You lose a huge chunk of damage, for getting some life reg and 15% area of effect(which you dont need, because you already have enough)
-Its expensive(can only drop in tempest mod).

If you really want a shield and be a bit more tanky get Lioneye's Remorse or one thats decently crafted, but i would not recommend it.
