[2.1/2.2] Flicker Striker by Crupt [Near 500k DPS 1Ex Worth Build]

Hey dude, this is honestly the most fun to play build ive ever tried thanks to you! Gotta admit lvling with flicker (y im stupid enough to do that) was a pain, but after lvl 38 (multistrike for the win) its a blast!!
I started off as duelist but i think i wanna switch to Shadow cause of way superior ascendary classes. Is there a way you could maybe update this with your Shadow passive tree?

I am missing a small leveling info and leveling way of the passive tree.
When to go to which point on the passive, when can I start to flicker? What should I use to level ?

For shadow you can unclick the 5 first clicks of duelist and get shadow phys damage it's simple




for leveling i use cleave + molten strike
