I think +lightning damage support gem will indeed work for Frost Nova totems. It's mainly Righteous Fire that doesn't synergize with many support gems. Adding lightning damage to Frost Nova totems would also have the advantage of potentially spreading shock, further assisted by Doryani's Catalyst... Although I thought that Elemental Equilibrium did not "stack" to -100% resist when two elements applied (it would just be +25, +25, -50).

I'm quite new to PoE, so maybe I am missing something basic here.

Where do you get the Endurance Charges required for Immortal Call?
With the (Chieftain) Arohongui, Tukohama, Tawhoa nodes the totems won't generate any.
Right now I am running Enduring Cry, but soon I will run out of Gem Slots
