And also which bandits should i go for?

Is Breath of Rime and Heart of Ice worth putting skill points into?

About my last post, I lied.

I actually just rolled a char and don't know if I'll go all out on it again but I might play a bit.

As far as re-writing the build it really doesn't look like much has changed.

And as far as breath of rime and heart of ice being worth it, they're not. Its 5 points you could spend better elsewhere. I used to go for Celestial Judgement and Punishment from Templar area but there was a reason I took it out. The res penetration is surely nice but you need to many other things and free points are pretty hard to come by.

I have to get back into the mindset of the build but I do remember every point was there for a reason and did refine it over like 4 characters so its pretty efficient in what it uses in the tree.

how do you deal with ele reflect???
