Are there other games like PoE but not p2w?

If you're looking for non-obtrusive P2W, try Marvel Heroes. I'm not really a fan, but there are a lot of positive reviews that indicate it might be more my tastes than the quality of the game.
Otherwise, SW:TOR is 'f2p'ish now, and you get a solid amount of gameplay without investment. Guild Wars 2 is the same, I think you get everything except the new expansion for free (again, I didn't really get into it, but a few of the other guys here really dig it). Blade and Soul seems to be keeping a lot of twitch jacking themselves off. I haven't seen anything, and barely know anything about it other than it has a better PvP system than POE. There are quite a few websites that have all this information, including lengthy reviews etc., so it would probably be worth having a bit of a Google (as others have mentioned). == Officially Retired 27/02/2019 ==

No, PoE is about the most ethical and non "p2w" company in the free to play game industry, this is as good as it gets :D

just because a FREE TO PLAY game has a cash shop, it doesn't mean that it's pay-to-win.
that is a ridiculous statement, games require money in order to be made, i'll tell you why... because employees don't work for free. so what they do in GGG's case is release supporter packs or cosmetics... which no one needs to buy... you could play without spending a single cent. there is a business model called BUY TO PLAY, aka diablo 3... diablo 3 has no cash shop, no cosmetics, no subscription fee... all they ask for is a one time fee... and it sounds like you lack money so just wait for a sale to buy it. cash shop =/= pay to win. also some subscription games are not pay to win unless you think paying a sub is winning... whatever, why am i even replying to this. |

" exactly. that's exactly the reason i don't understand that ggg advertizes like "buy mtx to look good", which nobody really needs to do, but "buy mtx to show your support towards the game and that you kept it alive". is it the poisonous hate which spreads in the forums from time to time? age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
