Is Immortal Flesh underrated?

I used this lovely belt on 1-month madness(SC) and only once i died to a sudden elemental burst(thanks to the deadly, blue skele-archers in a critmap(perhaps i would have lived if i removed the proj.weakness in time?), otherwise topaz/ruby was anough.

I only skipped Temple/TC/Crema bosses and some Invasion ones.. Beyonders was ok'ish, never saw Aba.

And on the other hand, this belt offered 90% of my manaregen, only used BM/Clarity on -40% maps.

Highest map done was those few Cremas.

I like using amulets with +1 max resists like:

and I would NEVER wear an item with -5 max resists. Against some bosses this belt can be very good but most of the time it sadly suxx ass. Who is afraid of physical dmg? Just grab a LC and a ToH or block & aegis and everything is fine but elemental dmg is really nasty. For casters I love to use a:

for another +5 max resists. In my opinion -x max resist is the worst mod possible in poe.

I agree, it's underrated. Basically, free Vitality and Clarity auras, but the cost is 20% more Elemental damage taken (and not that many other good stats on belt). That's not great, but there are uses.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.
