I just had this drop for me, would it be good for this build as you shock yourself anyway?
Just tried this and at level 86 did a double shipyard boss easy, most of my support skill gems are not maxed yet either. you dont even need to pop VoV its seems that good. " I've thought about using it, but you're supposed to be running an anti shock flask with vinktar to avoid being shocked. If you wanna sacrifice the life and actually be shocked all the time, you'd play dangerously for a bit more damage and you wouldnt be able to do atziri. Well I just used regrets etc this this morning and I'm just mapping on standard. Everything is dead before it gets to you so it doesn't seem to be much of a issue yet.
