OP only said he has 166 free mana and want a support gem for his HoI. Linking it with enhance would only cost 25 additional mana reserved. For him, it's like a free bonus.

What about empower? I have a level 3 one and it only has a 125% mana multiplier.

Using HOI with ice bite and Elemental pro support ...with Arc and Discharge (Mjolner cyclone build) Freezing and shocking everything lol . Arc is great for it cuz it hits everything over and over and EPS helps inflict Freeze and shock to everyone over and over lol( as well as possible ignite from Discharge ) I combine that with conductivity aura with Increased area of effect for even more shock chance and duration . Thing is not to worry about the damage from HOI but the ailments it can inflict as a carrier. If you want damage out of it ..combine with HOF ice bite and burning damage support hehe. You get nasty satisfying chain kills .
