The way I see it, it works as intended. You have low lightning res and with that Talisman you gain a random element damage, on top of physical, which on about 30% of the cases, should be extra lightning damage. Hence, you receive back this lightning damage as it is: "lightning". You don't receive it as fire, as you might expect, because it is reflected damage from you and not "active" lightning damage, coming from the opponent: the Talisman's mod is "100% of lightning damage" (actively coming from the opponent), not "100% of lightning damage RECEIVED (including your reflected damage)". It is in fact something between a feature and a bug. It's a matter of decision, from the development team. A good way to "exploit" this "bug" would be perhaps to use Elemental Equilibrium, considering that the Talisman will make all 3 types of elemental damage, on top of physical. Could possibly make a funny op build or a build receiving more damage, depending on your Tree and equipment. I would say that this Talisman was made with EQ in mind and a test is worth the try. Perhaps combined with all 3 elemental penetration gems linked + 2 more for more damage / speed and Ghost Reaver (if CI) and Vaal Pact. And, of course, get rid of that armour, for such a build. ;)

" i dont feel ele reflect its phys reflect that hurts because of lightning coil and low lightning resist but 100% of my lightning damage should be taken as fire which i have 89 fire res or 99 with potion so i shouldnt feel fire/lightning damage |
