There's a few exceptions to this.

First is your boots. They're "build enabling". People who are playing summoners want those boots. They'll pay for them.

Second is currency items. Your rare talismans fall into this category. People use them up. They don't really care what mods are on them, they just don't want to waste time farming for themselves. You can sell to those lazy bastards and get something you might prefer to use. It's "currency" because it's simply a fee to pay for a higher tier talisman.

Your sword there is a "good enough" sword, but anyone using a sword is going to have one like it. When they trade, they're really looking for something that wows them.
