some (long) time ago, GGG was stating about the amount of existing recipes, but not again for ages now - so there's no real chance to say if all recipes are known and shared.

AFAIK they previously said that there was one more recipe left and that only one person has discovered and was using it. I think lvl 20 gem to lvl 1 q20 gem was the last one.

There has got to be a way of raising ilvls on Unique items.
