Add more ways to obtain and sustain endurance charges

What do you include in this lot of frenzy options statement? Seems like there are more Endurance charge options than frenzy options. Directly generate frenzy charges with the Frenzy skill. Directly generate endurance charges with Enduring Cry. Generate Frenzy charges on kill with Poacher's Mark. Generate Endurance charges on kill with Warlord's Mark. Generate Frenzy charges on kill with Blood Rage. Generate Endurance charges on Stun with Endurance Charge on Melee Stun. Both have items that give charge generation. Not sure why you think there are more ways to generate Frenzy charges than endurance charges.

"Generate and sustain" - "sustain"= key word

POWER Charges:
critical strike => you get 1 power charge via voll`s => more crtit strike chance = more chances to get a power charge = sustaianbility

FRENZY Charges
kill => % to get a frenzy charge from Blood Dance => more damage output = more chance to kill and get a frenzy charge = sustainability

Endurance charges
NOTHING that works like a charge, only as a buff.

Even this built doesn`t qualifiy as a proper charged built. It would if, for example, a endurance charge would also grant 5% reduced ennemy treshold.
