Global Chat: Language Specific

It seems logical to have various global channels. I can think of a few.
Global: English Global: Spanish Global: French Global: Portuguese etc. If such chats were implemented, and the user could only participate in one of the Global chats at a time, I think it would assist the social aspect of the game. Trade chat would remain as-is, of course. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

I totally agree with this. Global needs language specific channels. This can be easily implemented by assigning A set of Global channels to each major language on a wiki page.
you could also have a /global languages command for a list in game that can also show user count. Same could also be implemented with Trade channels. Would also be cool to have item type specific trade channels, i.e. gems, equipment, currency. This will make it easier and funner for Non-English speakers to play the game. | |

Add a chat drop down for all chats.
WTS chat and WTB chat separate. Trade 1 WTB and so on. Trade 1 WTB and so on. Also, for WTT when its item for item or orb for orb. Add a PC chat too. Add some general chats. Add a looking for party chat. Add a Noobie chat for people who are new and have lots of questions. In general, the POE chat system is archaic and outdated. |

I think you should be able to select a language then be transported to a DEFAULT channel based on it. Then you could still change channels at will.
