To people who think Trump is the devil...

You have two core options. It's possible to walk a line of moderation, but each tiny choice falls in between these two extremes, and the tiny choices coalesce into one big option:

1. Accept that you've been part of a massive disinformation campaign organized by the mainstream media. Whether or not this disinformation was deliberate or negligent is irrelevant; false information is not practical. These are the folks who told you not only that Hillary would win, but that it would be a landslide. They told you not to look at Wikileaks. They told you Comey was a villain, then a hero, then a villain again, then a hero again. They've told you not to look at Wikileaks and Project Veritas even though their contents have led to firings and resignations. They've told you lots of other things, too. You should doubt all of it. Stop placing your blind trust in an industry whose primary source of revenue is advertising.

2. Continue the narrative. If a majority of American buyers chose Trump, then a majority of American voters are deplorables. Continue to bend reality by manufacturing reasons to hate your fellow American. Decry freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and blame the mainstream media's failures on anyone but the mainstream media. Claims of sexism and racism on a national scale will assist you in this endeavor; you might find additional isms useful.

The choice is yours.

Edit: part 2 below.

The left has 4 years. If they use those 4 years wisely and do some introspection then they have a good shot at next election. However, if all they do is double down on their rhetoric then expect nothing less than loss after loss. It might also help the Democratic party to not rig things against a more likable candidate, a little less corruption might help you a bit.

Hopefully the Republican party doesnt get too comfortable with the positions that Donald got them and will do some introspection of their own as to why he got the party candidacy.

One can only hope that both sides become a bit more moderate with these election results.

Its pretty funny, the only thing that the left is showing by current anti-trump marches is how anti-democracy authoritarians they really are. Right now let them rage, they need to get it out of their system, eventually their tantrum will end.
Slowly through months of Trump presidency they should calm down and realize that world war 3 didnt start, black people werent sent to the cotton fields, the LGBT community wasnt lynched, there were no right-wing death squads or minority concentration camps. I believe that IF the left starts changing, it will be 1 year into Trump's presidency.

We can only hope that is the case, though we'll have to wait and see... a problem with a world always connected is that some people dont get time to turn off and cool their head.
In the world of twitter and whatnot, people spend too much time reinforcing their own dogma, they fall to pack mentality and are unwilling (or in some cases, afraid) to challenge their current beliefs for it might damage or even severe their relationships (or as we've seen numerous times before, livelihood). Its a feed-off-each-other system that history can show is truly dangerous.
I swear the way I've seen extreme leftists (who think themselves moderate since they keep telling each other they are) talk and act, they'd be prime PIDE inspectors (Portuguese authoritarian political police from the days of Estado novo dictatorship).
The way of controlling and fear inducing if anyone fell out of line (wrongthinking) really took me back to my years of Portuguese history lessons. and for that I can say one thing, NOBODY likes authoritarians, Man is an animal, and like all animals, it is only truly happy in freedom, only the mentally ill, those conditioned, wish against it, because they dont know any better. And though freedom would scare them initially, eventually they'd come to understand, to feel that freedom is their natural habitat.
eventually all authoritarian regimes will fall.
4 years, 4 years to learn. Even if you win with that attitude, you will surely fall in the long run.
Oblivious

Under budget, folks.

GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

So, this brings up an interesting logical paradox that I'd like some of you to address, if you care to.

"The media" was "rigged" by Clinton against Trump, right? News networks in her pocket, right? Tons and tons of ads pumped out, better ground game, all polling pointing to her (I don't think the polling was at all rigged, just massively flawed, but bear with me).

Literally if you owned a TV or an internet connection, you were fucking convinced Hillary would win. But Trump won.

...So why, despite all those things being also true during the DNC primaries, did Bernie lose? I thought he was cheated? His loss was illegitimate?

Do you remember where Hillary is supposedly the head of the slickest crime cartel in history, I mean all kinds of crimes with zero hard evidence left behind?

Such as 650,000 emails? Such as Loretta Lynch and her private chat with Bill? Haiti? Private meetings with people for business purposes while serving as Secretary of State? lol

Please come back to reality.

Thank God Trump won despite the vote flipping and voter fraud. Had those not been factors, Trump's numbers would've been a lot higher and it would have been a literal landslide in Trump's favor. Only people in absolute denial argue that Clinton isn't a criminal.

The media follow news that bring in viewers. Hillary email scandals, trump detestable comments; the media did them both. The media follow the money.

Republicans don't vote for democrat primary. Michael Moore was right. Hillary Clinton took righteous anger against the establishment from BOTH side. Bernie Supporters probably threw a Human Molotov Cocktail at Hillary too.

I assume you're an ailing billionaire? Because that's the people Trump is looking to help for the next 4 years. Well also the banks and hedge funds.

If you aren't an ailing billionaire you just got duped by the biggest conman of the millenium. Have fun for the next 4 years.

Perhaps you need to explain better, or I need to understand better, but how is this 'paradox' different than the following situation:

The NE Patriots were favored to beat the Chicago Bears
The NE Patriots were favored to beat the Detroit Lions

How could they beat the Bears but lose to the Lions?
