High road? Are you trolling? Obama has been unilaterally legislating with executive orders. More than any previous president. And on things that most agree should have went through congress. Guess what? The shoe is on the other foot and Trump can get rid of all that with one pen stroke. And start legislating with executive orders. The left is gonna scream and cry about it. But there isn't gonna be anything they can do to stop it, because they established the new precedence for it.

They got ways of getting around a filibuster. You can be sure Trump is going to use every means possible to strong arm his legislation through if the Democrats start doing that. Trump isn't someone to be trifled with.

If it was civil war what you meant I don't think it will happen easily. It would take a YUGE mess up from President Trump to make democrats engage in anything like civil war, after all they lack a leader that wants to rile up things, Obama and Hillary wouldn't do that.
