Honestly I'm stunned, I'm not even sure how to process this as a 'moderate' republican. This represents a massive failure on the part of republican leaders. I wouldn't be surprised if this caused a schism within the party.

There are far worse individuals being sent to prison. She's an old lady nearing her expiration why waste resources on someone who's already near the end of the road?
