All those are tier one, as far as i know,
I had all those types drop from enemies directly, during act 1, then sacrificed 5 DIFFERENT base types, all magical to get the one tier 2 that im sure of. It was said that there is a graphical clue, but im failing to spot it for sure. i thought it might be one string on tier one, two on tier two and so on, but... That talisman looks like it only has one string. |

Can regular mobs even drop anything higher than tier 1? I was under the impression that the only way to get higher tiers was to sacrifice, but maybe I'm mistaken.

Here are what a couple Tier 2 look like:
I think it's the breaks in the chain part of the graphic. For Tier 1 the chain that goes around your neck is always a solid line. These look like they have 2 segments each showing. That's just my guess :( I got both of these using the alter. | |

+1. Doesn't make sense why the designers didn't add tier label to Talisman. I don't like this decision where we have to keep track of our Talismans tiers.

+1 one , this is a joke.
and please let me put the talisman into the device doing shift + click. drag and drop + not knowing the tier is pain in the ass. It could also highlight the false talisman when there is the wrong tier in it by highlighting it. |

I'm going to agree with this. It can be frustrating. I'm sure it will be easier the further in the league we get. Still lots of fun tho!!
