How do i get poe.trade to pick up items in shops?

It is showing up I see that and about 19 other things. It does not show a buyout though your Daresso's Defiance Full Dragonscale does so whatever you did there copy that.

tried it but it's still not working - here is my thread - i put no line breaks after the first item - the zombie gem.

I think you've done everything correctly. The fact that some of your items show up with b/o while others do not tells me that it's not an error on your part. I've had issues with items not updating their price when I change them before. Maybe deleting them and re-linking them from your stash will get the indexer to relist them, but I'm only guessing.

By the way, you don't need to update your shop manually. You can also use Procurement or Acquisition (just google it - there are many guides for them)

Thanks for that - I'll look into it - but now my big problem is some of my items not showing buyouts.

Still no buyout for various items in shop - they are still not showing up in poe.trade.

The thrad you linked for your shop has like 12 items but poe.trade shows 20. Do you have more than one thread with items in the trading forums? I think if you have more than one of an item listed with different buyouts, the indexer gets confused.
