That is strange. Do you have Acuity? Maybe that saves you? Only other thing I can think of is that with such a high amount of dps, you 1 shot everything so you aren't hit by evade entropy? Does reflect work with entropy/evasion? I don't even have 80k dps on my reaver and I went SPLAT instantly last night upon opening a Strongbox and not waiting to see what mods the rares had. That's when I started to carry a second granite. I might switch to Taste of Hate tonight and see how that goes.

Namcap, can't you socket LGoH and maybe switch a gem or two in your main skill to lower your dps? Friend of mine wanted to run a reflect map and I just socketed LGoH for my Melee Physical gem on my Cycloner. I was totally safe, hardly had to use any flasks.

I do have good leech, decent armor and 400+ regen on top of that though.
