I might be doing something wrong becouse pingplotter gives me this info:
 can you help me with this? I have followed all steps in your 1st post. here is my WinMTR data:

Yeah, pretty consistent with most of the Telia issues:

" Actually, you may have something else going on there. The Telia hops aren't helping, but you are seeing latency spikes right away (before you even get past your home router ).
