I can't fluently play solo, I even don't dream about play in group, because my ping goes up to 400 avenge up to 2k...

Dear GGG I don't believe that you can't do anything with this - lets say it straight - global problem (as I see on forum). I get back to the game to check how it's changed since FM. But instead of play I only get more and more angry. Before Awakening I had the same ISP, the same location, and there was no problems. You make great game, but let me (us) play it.

PS My PC is clean, checked by few kinds of antyviruses and antyspyware programs.

Regards.
Ah, another telia thread. Contact your ISP, there's really nothing anyone can do besides them. ("PL %" means packet loss percentage.)
@ionface I know that, and I know that me as my ISP customer can't do nothing because route abroad is not inspected by my ISP. They of course can do something, because they have ISP-ISP agreements in this matter, but for "customer" like me, they even lift a finger. I contacted them.

There are two things that can be done now (exactry three, but to use third I will need to run great company, pay them astronomic bills to have any influence on my ISP, and induce any reaction between them and Telia):
- first - contact Telia and ask them to handle this sh(ekhm...) they have in their core network, what I of course did. I wait for their response, which will most probably sound like "we are very sorry, but we can't do anything babababa because this kind of traffic got low priority in QoS blablabla..."
- second - GGG as a company / big customer can contact ISP in country where servers are located and make that ISP to do something with this. Simple reroute will help...
This is obvious - GGG is also a customer and as customer of any ISP (server location) they may require that ISP handle this problem and perform anything means necessary to resolve it, including contact with other ISP abroad.

I assure you, GGG can do nothing about the lag in Europe. You are the paying customer of your ISP, and you deserve uninterrupted access to the internet. If you want to give them proof of real packet loss, since they seem to be claiming it's only ICMP traffic getting dropped because of their QoS, then use the UDP option in PingPlotter.
