Hi there,

Thank you for the new WinMTR. It looks like you have an unusually high ping to your router. This could indicate a problem with your home network. You may be able to contact your ISP regarding this and show then this latest report.

Can also try power cycling your router/modems (turning them off) for a few minutes.

Massive thanks to GGG for producing such a fun and engaging game, it has taken up faaaaaaar too much of my life over the last 5 years.

Best of luck in the future!
First of all i don't use any kind of router. i use broadband cable connection.

I also play 2 other online game besides, I've tested those games, found no such lag spike or DC issue there, its just PoE having such kind of problem latency spike after few mins of game play. and I'm having this prob after latest patch, never had such lag before its just came all of a sudden. I have also contact my ISP they says everything fine.

Well i think there must be going something wrong with PoE servers. anyways i ll evolve myself to play with such lag DC. 1m really enjoyable.

Thank you guys, u did your best, i won't bother you anymore, Thanks a lot!
No offense :)

When Rob refers to your router, he doesn't necessarily mean you have an actual router in your house. You may simply have a modem that you're plugged into directly.

Cycling this is often a good step when trying to resolve issues with high latency or packet loss from your PC to the ISP infrastructure.

Because of the specific style of bespoke netcode that Path of Exile uses, your latency/packet loss may have a greater or lesser effect on other games, as well as speedtests and the like - POE typically suffers more dramatically from dropped packets because of its reliance on consistent synching of the client/server, as opposed to games like LoL or FPS games which use a few subtle workarounds in order to provide a more seamless experience.

Sorry to hear that we've not been able to help you out, best of luck with finding a solution - remember, you're paying your ISP to provide a service that allows you to do the things online you want to do, so they are required to assist you with these issues.

Have a good one dude, drop by and let us know how it gets on.
