[IDEA] New map Mod. Players are unable to gain Charges

1+ Boem and ScrotieMcB Immunity=droll cheap game mechanic. I always have flashbacks to d2 fighting those immune to physical ghosts with beserk on my barb, DUMB! How about maps that: - have a big treasure chest (I miss the treasure rooms) - has traps - makes a double of your character as the final boss or a corrupted master How about having an endgame descent mode instead of just maps, filled with secrets? Each floor would have new mods, better drops, MOAR CHALLENGE...I miss when players could play the ''maelstrum of chaos'' mode...Players like choices and even though I got a few stash tabs full of maps I would prefer an endless dungeon mode anyday. cheers Conan: Crush your enemies. No reason to party and go take on secret levels and bosses with friends.. mapping becomes so lame after a while and some of these rippy mods are so retarded. Back to the original post..I see your thought process but no, just no. That renders dischargers/flicker builds etc completely useless. Blood magic mod is already horrendous but atleast u can just take off auras, no regen u can carry mana flasks, curse immune is kinda annoying but it isn't the end of the world. " Bullshit, virtually every melee build these days relies on Endurance Charges to survive haphazard spike damage. And since EC's are no longer triggered by CwDT, your build must devote significant resources to actively generate them. The OP's suggestion, as with all mods that arbitrarily disable fundamental character build mechanics, proposes yet another way to sabotage players as a cheap substitute for challenging us with innovative new environments and monster tactics. Instead of trying to fuck over our builds, GGG should focus on creating a broader diversity of maps. |
