Gives a nice boost to damage and a minor life improvement. Also reduced reflect damage is quite helping. But reduced rarity bothers me a lot.

The gap of poison resistance is also bothering me. I could try to fill that gap with a good rare ring. Probably a defensive ring will be my choice before a damage boost.

Power charges are useless, Frenzy are not. I was merely stating facts.

You could link discharge with CWDT as well if you wish I personally dont think its a good idea as you are already depleting your charges fast enough.

Atziri viable, i doubt it. The build was not designed for that purpose.

I dont think vaal molten shell would be proper for single target viable and reliable steady DPS, no.

Tooltip DPS is useless to look at.
