Charms in flask slots.

Hello,

Please give some charms to be put in the flask slots instead of flasks.
This way inventory will not be cluttered and we will have more options to customize our toon.

For example:

Small fire charm: adds 1-2 fire damage.
Small nutritious charm: flasks gain 10% more charges.
Small mana charm: +10 to mana.
etc.etc.

Of cause this should be just an icing on a cake.

I like the idea of adding a specific area for charms. Maybe something like the area on the right side of the UI, left of the skills, where the microtransaction button is now. Then they could move the microtransaction button back to the left side of the UI in that empty square.

I like that right now flasks function similarly to charms. I could see GGG adding charms only if they did it in the way described above but even then it might overlap with the flask design/mechanic too much.

Well, I come up with the idea because two of my toons (Witch summoner and maradeur tank) stopped using flasks at all around level 40. Maybe this is temporary, maybe not.
So I feel like cheated: there are flasks slots but they are no use for me.

For other players experience may differ, of cause.

So I suggest charms to take flask place so one can decide: ok I will go with 2 health + 1 mana + 2 charms or screw it I'm going 5 charms or 5 life.

Wait... you mean that's not a Granite Charm I'm activating?

Almost. Granite charm will give you, for example, +50 armor always.

They're nerfing it?!? First 10000, then 4000, now this. Unbelievable.
Spoiler
What I'm seriously trying to say is: any benefit you want from a "charm" you can get from a flask instead, except you choose when it's on and you can't quite have it on all the time. That's a better mechanic; choices like that add skill to the game. Let's not add charms and try to think of creative flasks instead.

I love it, the effect of charms could be temporary and so ended this purpose, we should use the charm again, the magical charms have loads as a Quicksilver Flask or Amethyst Flask.
I think 2 slots, a maximum of 3, would be very good.
Charms are terrible idea, considering that in full game we would have rare and unique flasks.
We drifting away.

This is what my suggestion once more:

1. Flasks powerfull, but effect is short.
2. Charms constant, but effect is weak.
3. Player decide what he wants: strong but temporary or weak but persistent.
4. Limit of 5 slots still apply.

Dixi.

So, diablo 2 talismans that need to be hold in flask slot? Well... this is actually nice.
You changed my mind.
