All normal art uniques need 3d art before they start prioritizing alt art uniques imo. Many popular uniques still don't even have 3d art (Lightning Coil, Acuities, Voll's protector etc). Delaying these further by prioritizing race uniques would be a silly idea.

Can't argue with that. Those old, yet extremely commonly used uniques really should be top priority.
