simular question.. trying to play this game with my wife, I have 2 monitors and multiseat software so she can login to the same computer under her user with her own keyboard and mouse etc. but if the game opens for one user it wont for the other.. any suggestions? other games generally work just fine.. no error message, just wont open when i click the app, like a instant crash with no error messages

you can launch 2 instance under the same windows user.. if you use another windows user the game wont launch ;)

I searched the TOU pretty thoroughly before creating a mule account. I didn't see anything at all that implied you couldn't have multiple accounts.
Another strong implication that it's OK is the level 25 rule for trading currency and uniques. The purpose was to make RMT a little more difficult. They could have just made multiple accounts illegal, but they only required a character to be level 25. They just wanted to make it harder to spam large numbers of trading accounts. |

You are allowed to have multiple accounts, and run multiple characters at the same time, but I believe they draw the line at two simultaneous instances, 3 or more and they ask you to "Reduce it".
I was in a party with someone who was running 4 characters at once, and one of the GGG staff told him to drop a few of them. Plenty of people run multiple characters....., just not bucket loads at once :) The person was running multiple VMWARE's. |
