Took out all the gems from the items for the showcase, I've failed 18 20/20 explosive arrows and somehow got a lvl 4 empower before a lvl 21 explosive arrow. League is dying, so its hard to upgrade the Gloves/Boots (which I'd want a max roll of chaos res on to put be at ~70% chaos res) and of course better ES on the gloves.

Mechanically EA generally plays with a powerful EA and a stacking EA, which is why I say 11 link (6+5) - its obviously just a click-bait title.

did you corrupt your bow + quiver + chestpice all by yourself?

Yeah Skin, all the gear is self-corrupted and linked. At this point I'd look for 4 prop jewels and better gloves/boots as stated (and a fucking 21 explosive arrow hah).

I'm not surprised you don't have a L21 EA, I think I can see where your +1 RNG went.

Also your belt and rings are hilariously good.

Just a few heads up, LMP/GMP DOESNT Reduced your Damage, There's absolutely not point in using LMP over GMP, Slower Projectiles Gives you NO Additional damage, As EA Is NOT A Projectile type skill. (No penalty)

Enduring Cry doesn't Trigger on CWDT,

Scion Projectile nodes Provides no bonus's for Ea explosion Damage, Only EA Phase 1 Projectile damage, Thus Useless since you're using a Quill rain.

Personally I've Tired +1 Mantle with +1 Quill before with Ci, I found it Rather weak, as Fire pen (probably your most important Gem Does not account for your Converted fire > Chaos Damage)



Running Faster Attacks with a Quill rain is pretty Over the top on the attack speed side, as you can only stack 5 times, Instead I'd opt in for Higher damage instead, 1 shot dead is More efficient than 5 shot dead.

Perhaps, Run Herald of Thunder with Assassin's mark for Power charges, and use your other 6 link for Qaud/ triple curse?

Running Aura's on your Build is Dangerous, Because of Infernal mantle's down side, "100% Increased spell damage taken when on low mana", Perhaps if you Run BM, You'll save all the hassle of reduced mana nodes / Jewels AND passive points, to fully negate Infernal mantles down side.

Overall, not a bad idea and concept, BM Life RT Ea is just stronger At the moment.

Hey Libritannia, unless my time playing around with the damage of EA as well as the wiki page are all wrong, I'm pretty sure LMP/GMP and Slower Proj all affect explosive arrow's explosive, as it is "secondary area projectile fire damage"

I'd be very interested if you could provide sources on your statement though, as from all I've read projectile damage very much affects EA.

On another note though, I cannot use GMP in my currency settup as it has a 1.65 multiplier vs. LMP's 1.4 multiplier, it pushes my manacost over 0.

I think you're also misunderstanding that the 6L quill EA is simply for stacking, not for damage at all. I run auras because I can reserve exactly 64% of my mana and my skills all cost 0 mana, which doesn't incur the downside of Infernal mantle.

I also disagree about the BM EA notion- I will say it requires a lot less planning/gear/levels, however the life cost of EA is ridiculous, and you rely on potions to keep yourself topped off while firing since leech from EA is non-continuous. I can use 4 utility flasks in my build since my health is rarely touched (and any small-medium amounts of physical damage i restore quickly with LGoH).

Straight off the wiki. It's even from patch .9.12. You're like 2 years in the past m8.

Projectile Damage/ Scales DOES Infact Scale EA, but only PHASE 1 of EA, The arrow shot forum, Which is minimal damage with a quillrain, It does NOT Scale the Phase 2 Explosion Damage.
