It's a pretty big hassle to see this ignoring from GGG of such issue. Its not ISP problem if yours customers cant consume yours service.

Really disappointed to see such ignorance.

GGG cannot do anything about this. The only one that could (and ofcourse doesn't, thx CDU/SPD) is the german government.

Although the current (as in today) lagspikes are likely caused by something different.

edit: Can confirm what uglyHansWurst said, 62.157.249.78 seems to be the problematic hop.

Big lol, GGG is paying customer there. You cant do anything. Its true but they can.

What? The Telekom abusing its market position is now GGGs fault? Do you suffer from brain injury?

I'm sorry but you really shouldn't talk about issues you don't understand. You clearly lack the background knowledge on how and why this is a problem.
allways getting DCs, its unplayable atm.

Maybe. Describe me requirements for dedicated game server in the middle of Europe. And then explain why only Telecom have such servers. Maybe you saw solution where even shabby free VPN can circumstance Telecom routing trouble.

But I'm upset not because this happens. I'm upset because no one single official statement from GGG is there. Even Blizzard published some excuses :)
Not pretty... and I live a whooping 120km from Frankfurt

If you got access to a different network via VPN, University, Workplace etc.. those work too. Just make sure it's not Telekom or a reseller.
unplayable atm the moment

It's kinda cute. This has nothing to do with gameservers or any such sort. The root of the problem lies in the peering between ISPs and Carriers and the predominant role of the Telekom in the german market (and, since you seem to confuse the two, i do NOT mean the market for endusers).

I'm just gonna assume you are german, this is a video that touches it very briefly (and is otherwise very amusing/saddening), there are much better videos about it, but i haven't watched any of them and i don't like linking to something i haven't watched yet: https://youtu.be/V_SMsAA7wcg?t=2730
