vorici can quality a corrupted item?

i corrupted a 25% rainbowstrides with +1 frenzy but i forgot to quality it....
is there a way to quality it like spending 20 armorscaps and 20 vaals orbs for it?

All the item that has "corrupted" can not be affected by any ingame currency. Tho I heard people has ways to use master crafting and vendor receipts to bypass the limit and modify a corrupted item. But I believe it's an exploit only known by very few people. And I cannot say anymore, mods here are very trigger happy nowadays.

So my official answer is just use it without the quality bonus. You cannot further modify that rainbowstrides.

You can modify sockets in corrupted items with vorici. It costs a vaal orb per whatever cost he'd normally charge.

You can modify sockets, links and colours with vorici... but you have to make 20% Quality before vaaling it^^

They might add the option in the future :)
I still feel bad about the guy who vaaled his legacy Soultaker and forgot to quality it

I done the EXACT same thing and strangly on the EXACT same item... A pair of 25% Rainbowstrides! I Also got +1 Frenzy Charge rolled on mine! GOD i love those things even though i screwed up the quality they are still GREAT!

Its not such a huge deal on something like that but now Weapons is a different story.. It makes a weapon quite a bit weaker if it doesnt have quality!
I had to get in the habbit of putting Quality on my gear before corrupting as well. And it is easy to forget!

EDIT: I just thought of something.... Have you TRIED putting your Rainbowstrides in the vendor window with 20 Scraps and 20 Vaals? I haven't... But i think i might go give it try just to see the results!
That would be pretty crazy if it actually worked! And theres no risk involved to check.. As long as you dont accidentally hit accept!

You can't use currency items on a corrupted item, so you can't increase the quality after corrupting them.

Oh so it's more of a "why not" since you can only use Vorici afterwards (well that and quality is obviously sometimes useful on an item)
