Brazil, Rio de Janeiro 14-40 ms. Looks like i can't access some instances. Act IV for example, whenever i try to go Highgate i DC. Played some maps with no problems, saw some people having trouble to go to their hideouts, but was pretty ok in here. But Highgat is a no go. I have been trying to get in the gateway with no success. Now I believe it is because the last instance my character was in was Highgate, so signing in through that instance won't work.
