Maybe for You. And that's why it's rare? Cause some builds based on 'hit and run' idea would have though life?

What a pity GGG doesn't provide 'death penalty free testing maps' where different builds would be forced to solo certain maps. Then we could clearly see are they good or bad...

I wonder what build is not impacted by Temporal Chains. Again, TC is not difficult it is just annoying. If you get TC + Chilled Ground combo, you better make yourself a lot of coffee so you dont fall asleep.

I can slap
on my character, suffer a slight loss of stats but even that ring + 30% movement speed boots (with no movement penalty from armor node) + quicksilver flask combo will not bring my character to a point where I'm willing to run map with TC.

Certain mods are more rare, as said by GGG, because those mods have very binary impact, 1 - you run it, 0 - you reroll it. Any Bloodmagic build, such as Flame totem variation or Explosive arrow builds, will run Bloodmagic mod at no costs. Other builds might need to make drastic sacrifice or be outright disqualified from running Bloodmagic mod. Same situation is with Congealment mod where certain builds will not be able to run it but some will just not care. This is why those mods are rare.

PS. I'm not sure you can call Sweep & Heavy Strike 2H build as hit & run. I leap into monsters more than I run anyway.

TC and chilled ground are dumb mods, that I can agree. Mods that increase the anti-fun aspect way more than the difficulty in itself should be reworked.

Well, that was the thorn in the side of Act3X and a lot which came with it.

"I love to be slowed in tar, chilled, chained, silenced, tethered and suppressed" ~said no gamer ever.
Casually casual.
