Downloading alltime and another bug

after downloading patch 0.10.1 got bug with uncorrect art image.

I have the same problems, already redownloaded and reinstaled the game 2 times, and I've already ran the "pack check" from here http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531 but it didn't detect any errors.
It keeps redownloading a 111.80MB patch. http://i.imgur.com/cJLFaiM.jpg The login menu has the character icons switched, one shows a passive stat point to spend and for some reason 3 marauders on the right side. http://i.imgur.com/Hgo3JFH.jpg A lot of weird glitches, I can't even see the color of the sockets in items. http://i.imgur.com/LkIvxXn.jpg Here some more weird glitches in the interface, note the reserved mana switched with the normal mana color. Unrelated. I have the same problem and I don't have an SSD.

Possible fix guys, it worked (not completely, but it worked) for me.
It's a problem with the ISP or/and router 1- I used a VPN and the patch still repeated but it got smaller, to 50MB 2- Restarted my cable modem and my router both, patch got smaller to 8MB and the glitches are now gone. The game still keeps re-patching everytime I start it but no big deal, it's only 8MB and the bugs are gone.
