Makes you wonder: is it viable to use three of these jewels, and triple curse yourself using Shackles of the Wretched?

Totem builds would gain from this.

" Maybe it is viable with Thief's Torment. You can gain life and mana and apply curse with ranged skill at the same time like KB + GMP + CoH + curse. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
