Actually, I was pretty surprised myself, CoMK turned out a very fast option for the price, considering it's a niche build. Boss killing is slower, but using a main skill that does good single target damage in addition to AoE would take care of the issue, I'll probably make another one these days with molten strike/firestorm, should be fun.

Drillneck should work with spells, 'arrow pierce chance' is a subset of 'projectile pierce chance' so if you get your EK to have 100% chance to pierce it will get the damage bonus.
