Maps? Why we need this? Solution inside.

" No. I think there should be the point at which solo playing should be impossible because of sick hardness of locations. For me this point should exist somewhere in Merciless (act 1/act 2). When I think about this now - locations from maps should be available even in Cruel (but should have much more less rewards according to my proposition of changes then this same locations in Merciless). |

" Disagree. Solo play should be possible. Actually, they should buff solo play, because party play at the moment is way too strong compared to it (and I don't like to play in public parties, also it lags my computer pretty badly). Remove Horticrafting station storage limit.

" No? I can easly do a 60lv character in 1 day now (Docs farming <3) without even start a Merciless. So basicly if you would read my whole proposition, people will be able to reach 45lv - thats mean finish the Cruel - even longer then now 60lv (because of double or even triple the exp you need to gain next level) and then stop leveling because after that level they will stop gaining exp from Normal/Cruel. After reaching this point they will hit the sickness wall called Merciless - with only blue minions, with 500% boost to minions HP, with more defences and more resistances to minions. The fact is only the best players could play at merciless in my proposition. If you would be good enought - you will be able to play solo otherwise you will need a team. 45lv in my proposition will mean 75lv in actual game - so the level which have 90% of PoE population. " Sorry but you don't have a clue about this game. With your lvl45 (90 points already) no one would give a shit about blue mobs with 500% more hp. With 90 points you are able (at least if you know what you are doing) to build a char that deals a few 100k aoe dmg. Flameblast, tornasoshot, flame totem, CoC and even split arrow laugh about your 500% hp blue mobs. In fact they would laugh about 2000% more hp mobs. And double the xp needed? Yes, that is really funny. You do realize that lvl 90+ already needs 40 times the xp of lvl 45? So your double xp needed to reach all the levels up to 60 would be far less than reach only one lvl in the mid 90th. Please learn about the mechanics of this game before you try to improve it. ^^ Edit: I really wonder why people that have not even reached the endgame (highest char lvl. 60 ^^) try to talk about it and improve it. Once you have a few chars with at least lvl 85 we can talk about the endgame again. Until then stop wasting everyone's (incl. your) time. I want to turn amount of EXP you need now to get 75 lvl into 45 lvl and then make game TO HARD for even a group of players to get exp between level 45-60. " So you're trying to turn this into another MMO like WoW or RIFT, then? No thanks. Here's what would happen if your suggestion went into effect: many people would simply quit the game, and a large number of those that didn't would attempt to beat the content alone out of spite, and as you continually ramped up the difficulty in an attempt to beat them you'd drive more and more people away. It's already bad enough that there's no offline single-player mode; I put up with that only because this game is fucking stellar. I didn't put up with it with Diablo III. |
