etup is level 100 in tempest O_O
250h in such a short amount of time, not a healthy life style.

etup could play any style and get 100 fast he is good and able to have other's support him for his journey, team work is the key to winning trying to be a loner is not the way in anything.

What about Bob though... the guy ripped at 89 and then got the #2 spot back! I dont know why he fell off currently thought he was going for #2 but what he did is impressive as well!

Actually though getting lvl 100 in less time is vastly easier on HC than it is on Standard.

" you explain it then, what does... "...and 2H cyclone was the only available way to play melee" mean? does he meant "...and 2H cyclone wasn't the only available way to play melee" ? |

" Snorkle, the only point I was trying to make is that you said 2H melee is now proven as fine. Your sample size is one player, who actually represents the combined effort of many. Your sample of '2H melee' includes exactly one skill. Cyclone. Your sample gear is the best available in that league, procured by many people working as the team Etup, for one single 2H melee skill, being Cyclone. With the amount of resources and help a team like Etup has available, they could probably even get shield charge to 100 in 3 weeks or less! Your statement was about all of 2H melee when it should have been the specific special case example of Cyclone and team Etup. |

team etup, kind of amusing. You ever watched etup?
Its not about sample size, its not about gear because other equally geared bows, casters etc have failed to keep up. He leveled to 100 with 2h melee in hardcore after a large damage buff to game content faster than any other form of playing. The whole team etup thing is way overblown. The only claim spells etc had to being better than 2h melee was the fact they were doing this at the time. if someone says X doesnt exist, and someone else finds 1 example of it existing, its been proven wrong. If someone says 2h melee isnt viable, that is not a true statement. The spell builds people like HvR were hitting 100 with in weeks were being played by streamers with just as much wealth and contacts as etup. Its comparing like with like, oh look HvR hit lvl100 with flameblast spells so op and then were going to compare them to some noob playing 2h melee with terrible gear and passives? Or are we going to compare high level ladder spell builds with high level ladder 2h melee builds? Sure, its cyclone, and flameblast wasnt flameblast? I feel like its ok to look at the best players in the entire game playing well funded builds using a couple of spells and say hey, thats "spells", but when it comes to melee suddenly its 'well thats just that guy playing that particular skill'. I think its due to an agenda that wants there to be a problem with 2h melee. Etup could have hit it with many different builds, ya course, cause its not a case of this isnt viable and that isnt viable, its a case of most stuff is viable and actually people are just doing it wrong. The guys surviving maps and clearing them the fastest are doing it because of who they are as players and not because theyre playing 2h melee or bows or spells etc. Theyre good players who make good builds regardless of what direction they take. |

" I'm in tears laughing. If this is a serious suggestion: How can you even think about anything like this? Every. Single. Game. Nowadays. tries to please the average Joe in terms of rewards/playtime and that's what's slowly killing gaming in general (along with P2W, which is another thing implemented to please the average Joe who rather pays money instead of actually play the game). |
