FPS drops in maps with ground effects - Anyone else experincing this?

I also have had these problems, seen a huge improvement last couple of days after I made the changes I listed in this thread I made yesterday:

It's a bit long, not the easiest to do and will not solve the problem completely but for me doing those changes made the game playable in multiplayer.

The biggest improvement I got were by disabling 'hyper threading' in BIOS so if you got an Intel CPU with hyper threading, at least try turning that off.

Well GGG knew of this problems in CB a month ago, they claimed they'd fix the shit and they still haven't fixed it. very gg
