Niffler´s Perma Stun Groundslammer [2.0.0]



CONCEPT

For the start of the new Leagues we need a solid build with:
+ cheap gear
+ fast leveling
+ tankyness
+ good clearspeed
2H Weapons provide high DPS with the downside of no shield slot and of course being melee. With Ground Slam + increased AoE one is basically ranged and with the stun mechanic we have GG defense so a perma Fortify or Block is not needed. With the new 6% AoE Coronal Maul + stun passives maces are generally the best base for a stun-AoE build.
There are no uniques required and all itembases require almost no offcolors, lifebase non crit results in negligible gearcost. Furthermore the passive tree is perfectly compact and efficient. With almost no investment one can achieve 5000+ Life; 150% Stun Threshold & high DPS. My current record is reaching lvl82 in 30H playtime in Warbands.

Prefixes:
5-7% Increased maximum life
6-8% Attack Speed with Maces
Suffix:
3-5% Increased Attack Speed
10-12% Area or Melee Damage

This would be the perfect Jewel, of course other Mods like Physical Damage with TwoHanded Weapons also work, but the rolls would be lower. In general 8% Attack Speed with Maces is best DPS. 16% Phys with Maces is blocked by the Life mod, that I preffer. You can get 12% Area Damage and 12% Melee Damage as suffixes, 4% less damage but 7% life is too much value...

Main Skill:

Ground Slam - Blood Magic - Melee Physical Damage - Multistrike - Stun - Increased Area of Effect

Concentrated Effect for Bosses that are hard to stun.

Endurance Charge on Melee Stun, can replace Stun. Only 19% reduced Enemy Stun Threshold (vs. 49% from Stun) therefore 100% Endurance Charge uptime.

Max possible IPD is 258% atm (179+79), also max hp on an amulet is 89.

Thx changed that, I checked the patchnodes too many times:

Can 48% res and +55 stats roll on every single item?

Is +Life only increased for Body Armor, Shield and Amulet?

Im using this on an ice crash build, 25% evade if you decide to go IR is probabaly lot of flat AR also
