Noob finds Hedgemony's Era staff - Has no idea what to do with it

So I took a year and a half hiatus from PoE, started back up in Warlands with a Poison Arrow magic find build, and I dropped a Hedgemony's Era staff tonight. I'd really like to incorporate it into a build, but apparently the main build it was used for has not been updated in quite soem time (Hedgemony's wukong build), and there is a comment from someone saying it may not be viable any more due to changes to Immortal Call.
So does any one have any suggestions on how to put this staff to use? I don't think anyone has the currency to buy it, and I'd rather it not just sit around for no reason. Hep me! bye bye PoE

People have the currency to buy it, what makes you think otherwise?
Sell it and buy GG PA gear like a +3 bow etc. Or keep it and make a build around it yourself. 2.0 is just out though, so it's normal that most builds will be novel experiments in the new passive tree and mechanics system. Congratz sir, never had that staff and it looks like a glorious find to me. I'd be tempted to reroll and utilize it if i found it myself. " It's selling for 20exalted in Warbands, maybe people do have the currency but I figure those people are probably few and far between. 20 ex is pretty easy to get in a week, I imagine there will be hundreds of people who can afford it.
That said, go try Ice Crash with it. Permafreezing everything sounds amaaaaazing. Have you done something awesome with [url=http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Sire_of_Shards]Sire of Shards[/url]? PM me and tell me all about it!

" Nice never even heard of ice crash. Is there a way I can look up what skill gems will work with staffs? The wiki doesn't list Ice Crash, but maybe it is because it needs to be updated. bye bye PoE
