You can use Saffel's, but I don't recommend it over a great Life/Damage/Cast Speed/Mana Regen one. If you're fightning an Elemental boss, though, perhaps.

Sure. It is a HC viable build, without question.

I'm curious on your thoughts of the Brinerot Whaler boots, Would it be worth running blood rage and those boots for the 20-40% projectile damage and 20% physical damage?

I will definitely test it out when I get the chance however I predict you need blood rage or the DPS will go down (frenzy charges are too op). Unfortunately without the life regen from blood dance the survivability goes way down, also the inability to leech the life lost by blood rage could hurt as we also have no armour for mitigation.

Props to you for making such an efficient build for such a cheap price though, also feels really good to have damage scaling so late into the game without requiring upgrades like lowlife, etc (which I will be trying out later on when I get the currency)

Iphiram, i have the same idea and actually bought 1 myself. Putting up the boots without frenzy increase my EK dps by 3k. Now i'm testing using bloodrage to generate the frenzy charges



what we lose is essentially;
1. +dmg against low life
2. +dex
3. +move speed per frenzy

what we gain;

1. lightning resist
2. immune against shock patches (i dont remember how many times i died in 75+ getting offscreened while standing on shock patches)
3. 3k damage


tackling bloodrage degen is kind of a hassle though. Im thinking either get a doryani belt with physical leech (less HP at the expense of leeching) or stick to my current strat of using warlord mark curse.

In another subject, how the % life regen from blood regen help with survivalability?

I'd say those boots might be ok in a void, but Blood Dance is just so much better than anything else, it's not even a fair fight. That huge amount of Regen is not small thing.

Do you recommend Meginord's Girdle for this build? Or just a good phys,hp,resist belt is better?

I urge you to look at said item and tell me how it helps a caster. Of course a rate belt is best. Well, sorta... look below :D
