" Well, now that I my fireball + Arctic Breath are level 20 and 19 I hardly change them. Not even on most bosses. If you watch the Apex trash video you will see how fast they clear even with out RF. The have a huge range which means you can hit monsters off screen. The utility of Arctic Breath is just to good to pass. That said, in closed maps with lots of rooms I might switch to Freezing pulse + Arctic breath. I don't remember the last time I used Arc :). I don't even have it in my inventory. " I have main hand accuracy rating 2444 with level 20 golem. Thats 90% chance to hit. My left ring only has 170 accuracy on it, I am looking to buy one with 250+ and I am also looking to get around 150 on my amulet. 90% hit is very good but it doesn't hurt to get more but do not sacrifice other stats for it. " EE does not work with this build. You will need to drop your auras and thats a huge DPS loss for lower gain. It will also cost 7 skill points to get EE. Not worth it. 79 5100 4200 3600 2500 75 4500 3700 3100 2200 70 3800 3150 2650 1800 acc you need you can find out ex eva/acc tables somewhere in internet main thing all this crit cap and acc cap doesnt add that much maybe 10-15% more dmg but you need a lot ststa for it so basicly you should focus on as if yo ucan instead of acc and crit AND for reason acc double checked for ctir you also should have more acc just in case i have 2400 pn lvl 81 and thats feels good main thing that in profile there hit chance number against monsters with same lvl as yours RIP English :D
