Enduring Cry not Casting on Damage Taken

On my current setup, I have Enduring Cry linked with Cast on Damage Taken and in-game only my Enfeeble is activated even though it is linked (see my gear below).
I have to manually cast it even though it should have the linked effects of the support gem which should make it not cast-able manually. This started to occur after the 2.0.0 patch. |

Trigger gems only support spells and Enduring Cry is now in the new Warcry category.
