Disconnecting every 10-15 seconds

Same problem here.

This is not a connection issue.

I have a buddy where we are both on LAN through the same connection.

Once in a while he freezes up and gets disconnected, and I'm fine.

Sometimes I freeze up.

It's something in the game causing it.

Exactly, its not ISP problem because majority of players who encounter this problem didnt have it before on previous PoE versions, meaning the devs screwed something up. Plus when u freeze, get DCed to login screen, you should quickly check PoE website, and you will see that you wont be able to load their page either for these couple of seconds until you gain back the connection. Also it's not firewall/antivirus problem, because many people tried disabling them etc. Im sure that im not the only who passed all the steps at their Network Troubleshooter post and got excellent results for the internet connection. On the other hand, it's the easiest way to tell that it's someone elses fault if youre lazy to create/look for a hotfix or admit that you screwed something up with new patches... But oh well...
