Been having the same issue using Amsterdam gateway (predictive). My theory is that it's related to item clutter; +120% quantity maps (w/ pack size) seem more prone to crashes. Fracture maps with +100% quantity are guaranteed instance crashes, reproduced it 4/4 times both in indoor and outdoor maps. Good idea, I am mfing endgame maps and there is a huge amount of loot and this would also explain why I get way more crashes than other people. Same here, been experiencing this issue since 2.0 goes live. Instant DC as soon re entering portal to map. Also sometime when encountering Zana inside map she wont open portal(quest didnt start), it say "activation failed" I even try to change gateway from singapore to australia and california but still having this issue, please fix this.
