Same here. I'm just keeping a back up of both in a folder I just made on my desktop. That way if it doesn't work, I can *hopefully* revert what I did.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure you can copy it anyway even if it's standalone because the files will fundamentally be similar/identical.

EDIT:
Also, I'm not going to play poe on steam till the release - clearly poe on steam will have some problems right now if it realises that it has a CB content.gpkk rather than a 1.3 one.
