" Yeah i had to learn the hard way last patch for 1.3! The tree was SUPPOSE to be the final tree but once it went live that night i had to literally repath my tree for my ranger because of some slight changes by the time it went live! So yeah id say its about 50/50 the tree we have now is the final tree! But the tree we have now should be really close as well! The final 1.3 tree wasnt that much different it just happend to get some pathing changes around where i was building! So i had to change some pathing to not waste points was all! I think the final patch notes is going to be more interesting and hold lots of changes we are not expecting than the tree will! There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
